What should you do?
The keywords you put in the main title will help your SEO the most—but you can get an extra boost by including them in the subheaders (H2 and H3).

Just make sure the words make sense in the context of the page!

Go to your website’s WordPress dashboard.
Choose the page or post that you need to update.
Go to the Edit page module.
Include your content directly in the text editor.
Select the first heading and click Paragraph in the Visual Editor.
Choose Heading 2 (or another secondary heading) from the drop-down menu.
If the Paragraph option doesn’t show up on the page, click Toolbar Toggle, located in the right side of the Visual Editor.
Follow the same steps for all headings, whether you’re creating a new post or a new page.
If your page is text-heavy, break down the content into smaller sections using secondary headings.
